Over the last 35 years of being a Chiefs fan I have come to the sad conclusion that for some reason this franchise is jinxed.  For some reason they just suck when they should win and play to where they should when I feel it is an even game or they are underdogs.   I just can't take the disappointment anymore.  Today's game is a prime example.  I understand that these things happen in the NFL but it seems to happen so much more to this franchise than any other.   I have  been waiting and hoping that before I die I will see the Chiefs win the Super Bowl.  I now know that this will not happen.  I just won't.  I have zero confidence that it will and I just don't know how to go on.  They have no business making the playoffs this year as they will just have to go on the road and if they can't beat a terrible Cleveland team I have zero confidence that they will be able to beat a division winner on the road.  Zero, zip, none!!!   So even if they do or don't make the playoffs, guess what?  Middle of the pack draft pick and we all know the history of draft day being a KC Chiefs fan.  Can you say disappointment.  I just can't take it.

Rite on Sarge, allways good enough to keep us interested but not good enough to win when we should,I feel the teams in 95&97 should have been in the Super Bowl, but couldn't beat the teams we should have.

aw, come on. Larry Johnson, first round. Derrick Johnson hasn't turned out to be a bust either.

and this past draft we got Tamba Hali, Bernard Pollard, and Jarad Page. Watch for these guys to become major team leaders during the Herm Edwards era.

Who knows.. maybe with a middle of the round pick the Chiefs could snag Adrian Peterson :D.

Why would you keep Trent in the second half? Zero first downs in the first half......... Im an embarresed Chiefs fan now.

I've always completely backed Trent. I think he's great. But I really think it was the wrong move to keep him in this time.

It's been proven.. Damon Huard can make plays for this offense. The Chiefs thrived with Huard in. And I think maybe they could have turned things around in the second half with him.

It is noteworthy, however, that Green did get a hell of a lot of help from his wide recievers or his running game. It was an embarassing performance all around.

Perhaps it's time to start seeing what we can do with Brodie Croyle and Casie Printers as well. We just have to have options..

We also watched the game..... Trent needs help, he had no blocking and bad play calling. He might want to retire this year. I still say we need taller wide outs and  a better O line. Denfese played good for being on the field most of the game. The whole world knows we were going to run the ball. Their defense also knew this, why not do play action......... this game really showed that we did luck up and got in....... I would of felt better is we did not make it. The GOOD thing is that the younger Hunt's saw this and hopefully will fix things.......Whats up with wearing white on white, the Chiefs play very bad when wearing those colors.
