What the heck happened?  Did the Chiefs become cellar-dwellers overnight?  I recall all the talk was that Herm was leaving a team in shambles (Jets) to come to a team built to win now.

What the heck happened???  And, just for the record, Herm will scapegoat his coordinators.  He fired one every year with the Jets.
